College Football 27 Top 25 Poll - Week 6

October 13, 2026

WHAT IS THE TOP 25 POLL

Each week of the regular season, the College Football 27 Top 25 poll will be updated in-game to reflect the performances from last week’s slate. This poll is a unique ranking list straight from the College Football 27 studio. Hop into CFB27 today, and play as some of the biggest movers from this past week!

BIGGEST MOVERS

Kentucky

  •  A win is a win, even a close one. The Kentucky Wildcats shocked the conference and the world as they handed the LSU Tigers their second loss of the season in a thrilling 35-34 OT win. Kentucky RB CJ Baxter took most of the headlines with 123 rushing yards and two touchdowns from 19 carries, but it was QB Kenny Minchey who delivered the final blow as he ran in the winning two-point conversion in overtime. The Wildcats weren’t in our Top 25 last week, but they sure are now as they shot up the list to #13 after the big win.

UCLA

  •  If it weren’t for Kentucky’s big win, UCLA would probably be our biggest riser this week after they jumped nine spots to #12. But dismantling one of the hottest teams in college football will do that. The Bruins went to Eugene and handed the Oregon Ducks a 17-15 defeat to remain undefeated on the season. Despite losing their starting QB to an injury, UCLA fought hard on the back of RB Wayne Knight, who scored both of the Bruins’ touchdowns (one receiving, one rushing) as they came out on top.

Missouri

  •  There’s nothing like a statement win to put the conference–and all of college football–on notice. But that’s exactly what they Missouri Tigers did in their 27-6 dismantling of the Texas A&M Aggies in Columbia this weekend. QB Jamal Roberts took the starring role for the Tigers, running the ball 34 times for 222 yards and two touchdowns. The Missouri defense did their part too, picking off Aggie QB Marcel Reed twice and holding him to -18 rushing yards. The Tigers’ second win in a row catapulted them up our rankings five spots to #15.
