EA SPORTS FC™ 26 | Community API Update

We know some players choose to use community websites and tools alongside Ultimate Team. Whether it’s for squad building, planning upgrades, or exploring the latest content, these platforms give players more ways to engage with EA SPORTS FC™ beyond the pitch. 

Today, we’re introducing the FC Community API, a new way for players to enhance their experience on select community websites by connecting certain EA SPORTS FC™ account data. This connection enables those websites to offer personalized features, insights, and tools tailored to each player.  

Starting 27 July, the following websites and associated mobile apps will be authorized to use FC Community API:

• FUT.GG
• FUTBIN
• FUTWIZ

These are the only three approved websites at this time. Note that FC Community API feature availability may vary, depending on when each site chooses to integrate the program into their platform. 

What Is The FC Community API Program?

An API (Application Programming Interface) is a way for one service to request information from another service. 

In this case, FC Community API allows approved websites to access certain EA SPORTS FC™ account data to help support features on their platforms. 

In order for websites to access your data, you’ll first need to grant permission through the EA login flow.

Connecting your account is completely optional and you do not need to connect your EA account to any community websites in order to play EA SPORTS FC™. 

Why Are We Introducing This?

We understand that many players already use community sites, particularly within Ultimate Team. 

We’re introducing the FC Community API to:

• Support the ways many players already engage with EA SPORTS FC™ outside of the game
• Help approved community sites provide more useful tools and services
• Respond to community feedback around deeper and more reliable integration

How Does It Work?

Once FC Community API features are available on an approved site, you may see an option to log in with your EA account. 

If you choose to connect your account: 

1. You’ll complete a secure EA login flow
2. You’ll be asked to grant that website permission to make specific requests to FC services on your behalf
3. The approved site can then retrieve certain account data (but not password and login credentials) and integrate it within its own platform experience

You are always in control of whether or not you choose to connect your EA account. 

Is It Safe To Login?

Yes as long as you are using one of the these approved sites:

• FUT.GG
• FUTBIN
• FUTWIZ

Only these three sites are authorized to use the FC Community API at launch. If you see an EA login flow on any other website claiming to offer FC API access, it should not be trusted. 

Do These Websites Receive My EA Login Information?

No, approved websites do not receive your EA password or login credentials. Instead, they receive permissions to make specific API requests on your behalf. Your login details remain with EA. 

What Data Can These Sites Access?

With your permission, approved sites can retrieve certain account data to support features on their platforms. At launch, this includes Ultimate Team data such as players, formations, tactics, and more. Additional data types may become available as the program evolves.

How Long Can These Websites Keep My Data?

Websites using the FC Community API may retain pulled account specific data for up to 28 days. If you request a new data pull within that 28 day period, the 28 day retention period resets from the time of the new request.

If you choose to save your data on an approved community website, that data will be governed by that website’s own privacy and data policies, rather than EA’s. 

Are You Accepting Requests From Other Community Sites?

We are not accepting requests at this time.
