From the Back Clinch, use ^LT^+^RB^+^X^ or ^Y^. If you are in Backside Clinch against the fence, use ^RB^+^X^ or ^Y^ to get to Backpack and then ^X^ or ^Y^ to finish with the Rear Naked Choke.
